Each item is in main and exercised by automated or manual tests. Tenant isolation, audit, and quotas apply across all of them.
Dynamic form builder
Section-aware builder, version history with restore, per-form ACL (user/role/team), publish-request queue, public embeds.
Workflow engine
Canvas-built DAGs, approvals, SLA breach scheduler, retries, compensation hooks, wait/timer nodes.
Case management
Cases, tasks, comments, SLA policies, escalation rules, manual assignment. Auto-routing in development.
CRM
Contacts, accounts, deals with pipelines and stages, activity timeline, weighted forecast — all tenant-scoped.
Billing & metering
Plans, subscriptions, invoices, tax, dunning cycle, AI usage metering. Stripe checkout/webhook stubbed; live payment gateway intentionally not in v1.
Feature flags & quotas
Plan-tier defaults, tenant overrides, deterministic canary cohorts, quota enforcement at write-time on users + forms.
Security
JWT + refresh rotation, tenant ACL/visibility, audit hash chain, transport hardening, attachment + webhook HMAC. MFA/SSO on the roadmap.
Super admin
Cross-tenant ops dashboard, feature flag controls, quota overrides, audit chain verification.
On the roadmap

Omnichannel inbound
EMAIL outbound is live; SMS/WhatsApp inbound providers (Twilio, WhatsApp Cloud) and the unified inbox UI are on the roadmap.
AI platform — full surface
OpenAI calls + AI cost metering are wired today; RAG (Qdrant) is behind a compose profile, evaluation runner persists pending runs but does not execute datasets yet.
Global search
⌘K modal is live; the Postgres ILIKE backend is good for small tenants. The OpenSearch path is gated behind a config flag and not load-tested.
Analytics
Snapshot counts are surfaced today; sparklines, scheduled reports, and the nightly rollup job feeding `metric_snapshots` are not built.
